📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.,Manage the banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary equipment and services are available for events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Prepare and serve food and beverages during events, ensuring high quality and presentation.,Assist in the preparation of event menus and coordinating with the kitchen staff.,Keep accurate records of event details, including guest lists, menus, and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet or catering services.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit is a plus.
