🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- Proficient in using SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
