Infrastructure & Facility Staff - Logistics and Warehouse Operations

As an Infrastructure & Facility Staff at B-LOG, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure and facilities of our logistics and warehouse operations. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and functional, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of office and warehouse facilities
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects
• Provide technical support to the operations team
• Handle and resolve facility-related issues and complaints
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response training

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure and facility management
• Knowledge of facility management software such as FacilitiWorks or ServiceNow
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in Indonesia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Facility Management (preferred)
