In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. You will work closely with our sales, production, and marketing teams to provide accurate financial information and insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and customs duties.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide financial insights and forecasts.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and customs duties.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
