You will be responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Support in maintaining the outlet's cleanliness and organization.,Assist in customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.,Help in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Support in coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the Outlet Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.,Support in implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate or retail industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies is an advantage.
