Crystal Glow Jaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Blitar. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing logistics and inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best prices for materials.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of supply chain documentation.,Provide support in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
