📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Report to the regional manager and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and business tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and competition is a plus.
