📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial and administrative operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage the branch's budget, including forecasting, planning, and reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reconciliations.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the branch's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax, labor, and environmental laws.,Provide leadership and guidance to the branch's staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
