📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full purchasing cycle, from initial sourcing to final payment, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Utilize SAP to manage procurement processes, track orders, and monitor inventory levels.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with production and logistics.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to address any procurement-related issues and find solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on the morning shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
