As a Captain at Pusat Putri Kebab, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best dining experience possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
