Trans Property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering General Manager to lead our Trans Studio project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all engineering activities for the Trans Studio project, including design, construction, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project goals and objectives.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all project personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a large-scale construction project.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
