Village Net Berjaya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle activities, including mileage, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.,Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations to support business objectives.,Provide reports and updates on fleet performance to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
