📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness across all assigned properties.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
• Implement and monitor efficient cleaning protocols using advanced tools like EzeeClean and GuestPro.
• Coordinate with property management to address guest concerns and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or executive role within the housekeeping industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced cleaning management software such as EzeeClean and GuestPro.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
