📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales and marketing activities, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
