📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.,Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the medical team to understand patient needs and dietary requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hospital kitchen operations and equipment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Valid food handler's license.
