📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve organizational goals.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with lean and six sigma methodologies.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
