📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our banking products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.,Qualify leads and provide accurate information about our banking solutions to meet client needs.,Assist clients in completing account opening processes and provide post-sales support.,Monitor and report on call activities, performance metrics, and sales targets to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in telemarketing and banking.,Adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools.,Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulations.,Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and working hours.
