🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
