Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals and objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.,Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on leading and mentoring teams.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis projects and insights.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.,Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
