📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems.,Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and safety standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites.
