📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily molding production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Implement and monitor production efficiency improvements, utilizing tools like Lean Manufacturing principles and production tracking software.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and prevent recurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to understand and meet their specific requirements, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, work orders, and inventory records using production management software.
• Conduct regular equipment and tool maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the rubber or plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes, including injection molding, compression molding, and transfer molding.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with production management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
