📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live events from conception to completion.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into successful events.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with client objectives and budget constraints.
  • Manage and mentor a team of event planners, coordinators, and vendors to ensure high-quality event delivery.
  • Monitor event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective event execution.
  • Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale events.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software and technology.
  • Professional certification in event management (e.g., CMP, CSEP) is a plus.
