📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality and reliability.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
