📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and assist with room assignments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.
