You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
