📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends in the Mempawah region.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and addressing any issues or concerns.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Understanding of market trends and customer behavior.,Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and team members.
