📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize electronics manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor or PCB assembly industry.,Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and through-hole technology (THT).,Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.,Proficient in using process control software and statistical process control (SPC) tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.
