Manage and supervise store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated retail experience.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
