As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 22.000.000 – Rp 29.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that all inventory is received and shipped on time.,Monitor warehouse safety and security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is secure at all times.,Work with management to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and that any repairs or replacements are made in a timely manner.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new inventory as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.,Knowledge of safety and security protocols for warehouses.
