As an Associate Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's management team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential legal risks, and will be involved in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support to the company's management team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential legal risks
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal due diligence on business transactions and partnerships
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
- Represent the company in legal matters as required
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or LexisNexis
- Valid Indonesian legal practitioner's license (optional but preferred)
