📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of urban development projects, focusing on infrastructure, transportation, and community services.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and community leaders to ensure the successful implementation of urban initiatives.
• Utilize GIS and urban planning software to analyze data, develop strategies, and monitor project progress.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of urban infrastructure, including roads, public facilities, and green spaces.
• Promote sustainable urban development practices and policies to enhance the city's livability and environmental sustainability.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of urban projects to ensure they meet the city's goals and standards.
• Represent the city in national and international forums to advocate for best practices in urban development.
• Foster community engagement and participation in urban planning processes to ensure inclusive and responsive development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban development, infrastructure planning, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading complex urban projects and managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of GIS and urban planning software, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and QGIS.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations, policies, and best practices in urban development.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
