As a Front Desk Receptionist at H-Ostel Kuta Bali, you’ll be the lifeblood of our operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Our hostel is known for its luxurious amenities and exceptional service, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality and travel.

In this role, you’ll use tools like ReceptionPro for check-in/check-out processes, Airbnb Host for booking management, and Google Workspace for communication and documentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs using ReceptionPro and other relevant systems.
• Manage bookings and reservations through Airbnb Host and other platforms.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
• Promote the hostel’s services and amenities to guests and potential guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of communication in the hostel.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including ReceptionPro, Airbnb Host, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid work permit or visa for Bali, Indonesia.
